What happens after I submit my request?

We review your file, confirm the accepted record count, selected service, scope, price, and delivery timing. After payment, we process the skip trace and deliver your completed file.

When will my file be delivered?

Your completed skip trace file is delivered within two business days after we receive your complete file and payment.

Can an order be expedited?

Expedite service may be available. Timing and price depend on file size, selected service, and current processing capacity.

What fields can a skip trace export include?

Available fields vary by record and service. Related contacts are not the subject's contacts, and last-seen dates do not confirm current reachability. The actual export shown includes these field groups:

  • Submitted informationFirst and last name; mailing and property street, city, state and ZIP.
  • Match detailsSearch result and input method.
  • Property addressStreet, city, state, ZIP, county, USPS validation and vacant flag.
  • Mailing addressStreet, city, state, ZIP, county, USPS validation, vacant flag, first seen and last seen.
  • Subject informationFirst and last name, age, deceased flag and phone availability.

What is included in Intelligent Skip Trace?

Proposed enrichment includes years at the current address, number of residential properties owned, and home-improvement or gardening interest indicators. Example: group long-term residents or owners of multiple properties for a separate campaign.

How is each service billed?

All services are billed per matched record. A record counts once when at least one source returns a phone number or email for the subject. Both sources do not need to match or agree. Multiple contacts still count as one matched record; no-result records are not billed.

At base rates, 100 matched records cost $20 for Standard, $50 for Premium, or $100 for Intelligent Skip Trace.
